I’m nominating Carl to be our resident philosopher on Hitting Left.

ICYMI, here’s Friday’s show. We free-wheeled from Barry Commoner’s “Four Laws of the Universe,” to football in Aliquippa, then From Marxism to Buddhism, and back again. What fun!

From Frank Lawrence;

Carl's comment that white supremacy was designed to hold down whites by the ruling class is so true and largely not appreciated in today/s discussion about white supremacy. "White supremacy" is a tool that is used to divide, and ironically many on the left also use the concept to divide. Our existential problem isn't "white supremacy" - an artificial construct -the problem is capitalism and imperialism.

Belated happy birthday, I just hope I make it to 80 too!

Frank

My memoir Atomic Baby Bible has a good chunk of history of the left in Long Beach, Calif during the 1960s. It can be found on Amazon.
