Floyd is the Creative Director and founder of e22 Digital (http://itutu.com), a multimedia company he founded to pursue his particular interest in convergent media. Floyd has worked as a producer/director of TV commercials, music videos and produced spot news for foreign film crews in Chicago. He was the founder and creative director of the Blacklight Festival of International Black Cinema and an associate producer of the award-winning Julie Dash Film, Daughters of the Dust(US 1992).
